1. Do your technicians use high pressure when house washing?

No, the pressure we use for house washing is much like the pressure that comes out of your garden hose. We rely more on the quality of the chemicals and soft brooming (hand washing) techniques.

2. Will your chemicals harm plants, animals or humans?

No, we have invested in only the best quality and environmentally friendly chemicals and detergents, even when we have to use mild bleaches we add an agent that renders them harmless in a few minutes so they have just enough time to clean and kill mould spores.

3. Will water entre through windows and under doors?

Occasionally water may enter through windows and under doors. It is always advisable to place a towel under doors and to be aware that a few drops may enter the window and sit on the sill.

4. Do I need to be home?

No.

5. How do I pay for the job?

Once the job is complete our office will email you an invoice, the invoice has banking details on it for EFT, address for mailing cheques and other methods of payment available.
